This new year....

Help me oh!!!
I’m back to my pregnancy weight!!!
Caught a glimpse of myself naked in the mirror and thought “ chei wetin be this”
My hips are A-line like all those market women and I have arms that actually vibrate when I stretch them out, Christian mother arms I think that’s what they’re called lol
My tummy at nine months didn’t even jut out like it’s looking now L
Got on the scale a few days later and alas I’m back to my weight as at the day I had my baby!!!!!!!
I really need help, I don’t even know where to start from to shed all this weight.
I have resumed aerobics class but that’s only on Saturday mornings, then I’ve kinda stopped having proper dinner I just try to stick with custard or pap.
The only exercise I get to do around the house is cleaning, cleaning, washing clothes, plates, scraping shaki, waiting on baby, serving daddy in the kitchen and the room ;) etc etc
I resume work in like 2 weeks and I need to resume looking like a chica ;)
God help me oh…

as doll said, u should join a gym. or go running for 30mins everyday...... if ur really short on time, u can buy all those work out videos and work out to them when ur cleaning or busy at home...... e.g: when ur waiting on baby, u can do sit ups and serving daddy in the bedroom is exercise in itself...lol
good luck..xx

I heard breast feeding helps the tummy..........

Don't eat after 7pm and let your last meal be more of fruits and Veggies.

Dont eat rice after 4pm!!!!!!!!

@Doll-my current challenge as per going to the gym is that i don't have a nanny/maid at the moment so there's no one to watch the young man while i'm on the treadmill!!! i get to go at weekends though when daddy's home!!!
@Funms-the rebirth(P.S- do i always have to add the rebirth when i writing your name?LOL) i'll try those tips. i live in a razz area it's like an "abule" as far as i'm concerned and i won't want to be the topic of discussion for d locals so that running is out of it biko!!!

join a gym
there is no short cut to losing weight
you just have to do it the hard way
rope in a friend to go with you for extra motivation

Good idea to join a gym, and watch what you eat!!!
I know you have to eat well for the baby, but you might want to reduce junk food. You can also get aerobics tapes and work with them. You could put baby in a basket(?)in full view while you do that.

awwww
i know how difficult it is to keep to a gym routine especially when u have to work.

i stoped my pilate class recently, it was hard to do as we had fun things like dance classes with span. but i swear by wii fit now.
thats just some sensational sturvs.

you get to do your own yoga, jog, other muscle firming exercises and aerobics plus it monitors ur weight and BMI.
i do 30mins before work and an hour in the evenings.
you should try it.
trust me u'll love it, its a worthwhile investment especially as u get to workout whenever u want in the comfort of ur home.

Hmm, sister so I am not alone. lol. . . watch what you eat and find a routine that works for you. Be prepared to try a number of things, and hopefully you will get back to the weight you want to be. . . or at least close to it.

Today

Happy new year! So many cobwebs here
