Gosh!!! You are fat!!!!!!

So so tired of hearing that i tell you...

Sincerely i have grown "bigger"

And so i'm dieting and infact i'm doing a 21 days challenge of "healthy" eating and "rigourous" exercise

i started on Monday

So far i have been most UNSUCCESSFUL

Yesterday my meals were as follows

Breafast : 5 Bread rolls + akara

Lunch : Small rice + fish/ 2 puff puff(s)

Dinner: Rice and beef

Today so far,

Breakfast : 4 sausage rolls and 2 doughnuts

And i really wanna lose weight huh?

I have identified a major challenge to be my daily consumption of rice!!!

I eat it EVERYDAY.

So i have decided that i will not eat rice for the next THREE (3) days and see if some fat will be burned off

Another saboteur of my weight matter is that i eat late at night...

So now i have to look for grubs that will be healthy and i can eat for dinner

As for exercise ....

DIE ANOTHER DAY LOL

Weight loss is not an easy task o! I really envy you for trying.

Just make sure you eat right and exercise! And yes do not eat late, if you must, then eat light!

Try eating anything you like...but eat slowly...
seriously o...I carried out a research and realised that when you eat slowly, you eat less...:-)

Aaaah, if you are really serious you can lose weight oh.. I was on the big side before too o. Have you heard of cabbage soup diet? Its everywhere on the internet and it works. Its on my site too. You can lose 5kg the first week, after which you continue on your dieting o. If you are interested I can send you a timetable that uses Nigerian foods, for people who want to lose weight......but I no sure say you go like am o. The exercise part, you can walk oh.. 30mins to 1hour walks everyday. No more rice, unless very little. Beans should become your best food, no sausage, no bread.......What do you think?

Yeah Dee and nolimit are right. Don't eat late. Eat dinner before 7pm, eat very slowly, drink a lot of water.

I am addicted to rice too...forever cooking jollof rice, friend rice, you name it. Now i sort of have it on alternate days and have beans, salads and pasta in between. Good luck on the healthy eating.

Puff puff, rice, beef and u want to loose weight madam! Kid me not. Look for a way to eat cereal for breakfast, beans and plantain (no beef) for lunch and soup preferably veg soup (efo riro or edikankong). And of course you know you cant escape the gym…not if you are tired of being FAT(TER)

Hahahaha

This babe, you no go kill me with laughter. Yeah, those sausage links and five rolls of bread are sure to add some rolls and love handles. Hehehehe

I have attempted diets plenty times. And I have failed just as many times, so I don quit. I no do again.

What?
Puff Puff, Akara, Plenty bread and plenty rice..... You never fat.

Anyways, I guess you must feel hungry a lot, since you carry out so many activities?
If you want to lose weight, you have to watch what you eat. Cut out all the unecessary oily foods and stuff. Some weight loss expert once said the ideal quantity of bread for a woman is two slices. and if you must eat rice, only a handful.
Exercise is very important too!!!

You can eliminate weight naturally with help of some herbs/Diets , its worth try

My sincere opinion is that diets are a waste of time. They work for as long as you're on them but as soon as you stop, you're back at square one. For long term weight loss you need to adopt changes that you can actually live with.

So healthy food (everything is ok in moderation even rice and the occasional doughnut, if you have more of any one day, then have less of it and more vegetables the next day to balance it out) plus exercise which is the most important thing because it raises your metabolism permanently. As little as 10 minutes a day that gets your heart racing can make a big difference.

@Caelestis Angelus- Will do sweetie. thanks for the encouragement.

@Dee- You couldn't be more right. annoying thing is tis so much easier to pile on the fat!!!!

@NoLimit- i'd try this. i just hope our definition of "eating slowly" will be the same ;)

@Africanweightlossdiva- Please send me the nigerian version of this cabbage soup meme. As long as i don't have to eat cabbage soup morning, afternoon and night, it shouldn't be all that BAD now? abi?

@wordmerchant- Tis quite a DIFFICULT addiction to break, u will agree abi?

@QMoney- even the watching is a tasking programe i tell you :)

Fluffycutething said...

@ Doll- i'll try that. Beans and veg aren't really my favourites but i'll move em up on my "to eat" list!!!

@Vera- If you have people constantly going on about how fat you've become and how u wear a top/trousers this week and the next week you can't fit in, surely you will stick to a diet LOL
dey there dey laugh oh when i become a hot size 12, u will be green with envy!!!

@SHE- LOL it is this measuring of food i.e 2 slice of bread for women that caused my friend to fashi her toaster oh, she says it ain't politically correct to measure food for people LOL

Anyway i get your flow... i'll see about reducing the quantity despite all my activity and see how that works :*

Obesity- Have you got any specific ones i can try?

@Anon- you may be correct but tis expedient to use diets to shed off the accumulated fat and then stick to healthy eating so you don't return to former weighT!!!
